Marks & Spencer promotes Food on the Move range with live brand experience

Date: 2011-01-18

Marks & Spencer is offering customers a live brand experience as part of its healthier Food on the Move range.

The retail giant is promoting the range of products available in its Simply Fuller for Longer and Count on Us range by visiting a number of consumer hotspots across the London.

Staff will be travelling around the areas on bikes to chat to people about the food available, and offering the goody bags which include Marks & Spencer money-off vouchers, hand cream and Oyster holders bearing the company's logo.

The experimental team behind the promotion's director Karen Evans said: "By striking up timely conversations with the right people, we're confident that once again we’ll help boost sales and increase footfall in nearby stores."

Marks & Spencer's Food on the Move range teamed up with Shelter before Christmas to donate five per cent of sales to the charity.

This was the sixth year they had teamed up, raising nearly £3.8 million for Shelter's housing advice line.
