Date: 2011-07-07
Top Gear is launching a new indoor track to its live brand experience which begins in November. The motoring TV show has already enjoyed success from its TopGear Live global tour, and now it has announced a bigger and better event to be held at Birmingham's NEC from November 11th – 13th. The brand experience has been billed as "the ultimate Top Gear experience', and its indoor track will showcase the Stig's power laps, as well as the popular feature Star in a Reasonably Priced Car. The Top Gear stunt team will also perform on the track, as well as head-to-head races and supercar shows. Commercial Director of TopGearLive, James Cooke-Priest, said: "The idea is simple - to create the ultimate motoring event in the spirit of Top Gear". The roadshow this year included a super-size image of Jeremy Clarkson - a 39x9 metre projection screen to showcase pre-recorded VTs and animation as an interactive experience. Posted by Jo Morgan |
