Live brand experience: Cravendale offers chance to surf in milk with its cats with thumbs

If you're a fan of Cravendale milk then you'll be pleased to hear that the company will be touring the country in an interactive live brand experience.

The roadshow will follow Arla Foods' new £12 million campaign called 'Cats with Thumbs', which it hopes it can develop with the brand experiences.

Shoppers at almost 60 Asda, Morrisons and Tesco stores in the north and the Midlands will be offered the chance to have their photograph taken on an anamorphic floor sticker which gives the optical illusion of surfing with 'Cats with Thumbs' in Cravendale milk.

The live brand experience will be touring with a branded van, gazebo and plenty of signs to let everyone know what is going on.

Sam Dolan, senior brand manager at Cravendale, said: "We wanted to launch a quirky campaign that would tie in with the existing TV ad and allow us to get feedback from our customers.

"The photo opportunity will provide the perfect platform to reach out to people of all ages and the live brand experience will also enable us to talk to shoppers about the benefits of Cravendale, promote our current in-store offers and drive traffic to our Facebook and Twitter pages."

The Cravendale adverts see cats develop thumbs and use them for a range of activities such as throwing balls, turning the pages of books and clicking their fingers.
