Live brand experience: BMW to have floating showroom in Olympic Park

Since the Olympic Games is set to be the big event of the summer in the UK, it makes sense to use it as the basis for a live brand experience and that is exactly what BMW is going to do.

The car manufacturer is to have an environmentally friendly floating showroom constructed on the river in the Olympic Park.

It is hoped that 8,000 potential customers will visit the two-storey structure every day and interact with the exhibition about BMW's commitment to sustainability on the bottom floor.

The visitors will be able to look at the nine vehicles in the company's eco range on the top tier of the structure which will have an individual pavilion for each car.

Putting together an impressive live brand experience as part of the Olympics is a good idea, as the sheer volume of people giving their attention to the event this summer is bound to have good returns for businesses.
